The YES! Saratoga County program helps eligible youth between the ages of 14 and 21 achieve educational, employment, and personal success through a variety of supportive services and educational programs.  Every month, activities and workshops designed to increase youth’s employment success and maximize their opportunities are offered throughout the county.  Programs help youth build self-esteem, practice organizational skills, increase interpersonal skills, and exemplify the top job skills wanted by employers.  Rides are always available.

Members of the YES! Saratoga County program enjoy personal attention and assistance, while learning how to complete applications, prepare resumes, and acquire the skills necessary to be successful in today’s job market.  Job shadowing opportunities, paid work experiences, and tours of local businesses provide members with further occasions for discovery.  As a result, members develop their interests and abilities, while becoming more aware of the economic opportunities available to them in the local job market.

Committed to positively impacting the lives of youth, YES! Saratoga County recognizes the import role education plays in acquiring a good job.  Through the program, members receive assistance obtaining a GED, high school diploma, or college education.  Assistance is also available for those youth who wish to take computer classes, attend cosmetology school, or enroll in other occupational skill training.  With YES! Saratoga County on your side, the sky is the limit!
